At Stitched by Rangika, most items are made-to-order and customized, so we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance.

For refunds, any acceptable returns must be agreed upon by both the buyer and seller. Refunds will be processed after deducting the initial shipping and handling costs. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
