Are items ready-to-ship or made-to-order?
Most of our creations are made-to-order and handcrafted with care once your order is placed.
A small selection of limited-stock items may be ready-made and ready to ship — these will always be clearly marked in the listing.
How long does it take to make my order?
Made-to-order items are typically handcrafted within 3–7 business days, depending on current demand and selected options.
What about custom orders?
Custom designs require additional time and care. Please allow 1–4 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped, depending on complexity.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been crafted or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Can I request custom designs or personalization?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. You can place a Custom Order through the shop or contact us with your ideas before ordering.
Fabric & color availability
Because our items are handcrafted, fabric and color availability may vary and can occasionally run out.
If you are purchasing more than one made-to-order item, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can confirm material availability for your order.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We strive to photograph items as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different from screen to screen due to lighting conditions, display settings, and the handmade nature of each piece.
What if a fabric or color runs out after I place my order?
If a selected fabric or color becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will always contact you before taking any action.
You’ll be able to:
- Choose an alternative color or material
- Or cancel the item for a full refund
We will never cancel an order without checking with you first.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and Shopify Pay.
Is ordering secure?
Yes. Our checkout process is fully encrypted and securely handled through Shopify.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are made-to-order or customized, returns are limited. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
